International Sales

The offering of items on this website is available to South African clients only. For international orders, please contact us at kalkbay@saintsiena.co.za.

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).

Payment Options Accepted

Payment may be made via Visa and Master Card credit cards, or by EFT or bank deposit into the Saint Siena bank account, the details of which are listed on our payment option page.  Please note no cheque deposits please.

Customer Details Separate from Card Details

Customer details will be stored by Eco Punk separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayFast secure site.  For more detail on PayFast refer to www.payfast.co.za .

Responsibility

Saint Siena takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer services and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered by you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with our 'Refund Policy'.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

  1. The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
  2. Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
  3. The identification of a pricing or product description error.
  4. You not meeting the eligibility to order goods based on various criteria including verification of identity and card holder details, confirmation of address, telephone number and email address etc.

Customer Privacy Policy

Saint Siena shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Saint Siena does not disclose buyers' information to third parties.

Country of Domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Saint Siena chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, Kalk Bay(Cape Town), South Africa.
